The Baltic Journal of English Language, Literature and Culture (BJELLC) is a multidisciplinary international scholarly journal. The BJELLC is issued once a year by the University of Latvia (since 2001).

The BJELLC aims to help scholars and academicians doing research in linguistics, literature and culture to share their knowledge worldwide through open access. Although the journal is particularly interested in publishing research carried out in the Baltic States, manuscripts from other countries are also welcome.
